Job summary
Partnering Health Ltd. seeks experienced clinicians to deliver remote adult ADHD services. You will conduct remote assessments, initiate and titrate ADHD medications, and perform holistic reviews, supported by a multidisciplinary team. Independent prescribing qualifications and experience in ADHD diagnostic assessment are essential.
The role emphasizes patient-centered care, governance, and collaboration with Primary Care and partner organisations, with occasional inter-site travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Qualified practitioner with Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Significant experience in ADHD diagnostic assessment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote ADHD assessments for adults (18+).
- Initiate and titrate ADHD medication per guidelines.
- Complete holistic reviews to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Provide specialist advice to empower patients.
- Collaborate with Primary Care via Shared Care agreements.
- Engage with partner organisations to ensure continuity of care.
- Contribute to service development, clinical governance and quality improvement.
