Mentalwell is seeking an ADHD Independent Prescriber to take clinical ownership of adult ADHD medication titration. The role is full-time, permanent and remote within the UK.

You will initiate treatment, optimise doses and monitor safety, moving stable patients to GP shared care within a defined formulary and SOPs. You must be an NMC or GPhC registered professional with independent prescriber annotation, experienced in ADHD meds for adults, and comfortable with remote consultations and digital

Qualifications

• Registered nurse (NMC) or pharmacist (GPhC) with current registration.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and titrate ADHD medication for adults.
• Remote medication reviews, dose optimisation and monitoring.
• Recognise and manage side effects, comorbidity, and risk; escalate appropriately.
• Prepare and hand over patients to GP shared care, with clear shared-care agreements.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and letters in Mentalwell Connect.
• Take part in clinical supervision, MDT discussion, audit and learning.
• Contribute to improving clinical pathways and the platform based on clinician feedback.
