Job summary

Montu UK is building a modern online pharmacy at Winnersh with no retail counter, allowing focus on accuracy and patient safety. You will lead accuracy checks, oversee end-to-end dispensing, and mentor colleagues to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem detection, and shaping a culture of quality where every prescription is right the first time.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Experience in accurate dispensing and checking processes.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and SOPs.
• Attention to detail and patient-centred care.
• Ability to take ownership and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out accuracy checks on dispensed medicines compliant with legal standards.
• Own end-to-end dispensing process and escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate prescription records and traceability.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and safety.
• Stay updated on professional development and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery to patients.
