Bauer Media Group is seeking an Account Manager to grow revenue across South Wales by developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts and delivering tailored advertising solutions across Bauer's audio brands and wider portfolio.

This full-time remote role requires proven account management or sales experience, exceptional relationship-building, and the ability to leverage CRM and digital tools to hit targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Formación

• Proven experience in account management, sales, business development or a commercial role.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Bauer Media's commercial strategy across South Wales.
• Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to team performance objectives.
• Identify, secure and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing advertising clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agencies and key stakeholders.
• Develop tailored advertising and marketing solutions that meet client objectives.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and effectively manage opportunities from prospecting through to sale.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Act as an ambassador for Bauer Media and its brands at all times.
