Job summary

Raccoon London is seeking an experienced Account Manager to run their own client accounts from day one within a small, remote team. The role is fully home-based in the UK, with standard hours and collaboration with an Executive Producer and Senior Account Manager.

You will own client relationships from enquiry to delivery, write quotes, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate photographers and videographers across the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account or project management in a photography/production/creative services background.
• Track record of managing client accounts and projects independently.
• Experience writing quotes and proposals with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience booking, briefing and managing freelance photographers/videographers with daily contact.
• Hands-on with booking systems (Light Blue or similar) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own account and project ownership from enquiry to delivery.
• Manage shared inbox and respond to new enquiries promptly.
• Qualify enquiries on budget before approaching crew; decline unfeasible work.
• Lead client calls with preparation and informed presence.
• Manage photography and video projects end to end from brief to invoicing.
