Job summary

Linney Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Account Manager (maternity cover) to join our customer service team. The role involves managing printed point-of-sale campaigns, coordinating with clients and internal teams to plan and deliver campaigns from concept through distribution.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to understand, recognise and deliver work on time.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel.
• Experience managing marketing and POS briefs from concept to distribution.
• Experience on complex accounts with production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution.
• Experience in telecommunications, retail, food and drink sectors.
• Experience with basic print techniques, materials and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing briefs from design to distribution.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure on-time delivery with commercial clarity.
• Track campaign CPAs and KPIs.
• Attend production meetings and liaise with head office regarding POs.
