Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Salford is seeking a Senior Clinical Coder (Band 5) with ACC/NCCQ accreditation to join our Clinical Coding Team. You will code across a wide casemix and work across hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Must hold NCCQ/ACC accreditation in clinical coding.
• Experience coding across multi-specialty NHS casemix.
• Accredited clinical coder with proven accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across multiple hospital sites within a large department.
• Mentor and support less experienced coders to strengthen team capability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service development.
