Job summary

Lowell Financial Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Remediation) to drive data-led remediation work. You’ll use SQL or SAS to identify unfair outcomes and design analyses that support the remediation process across multiple teams.

You’ll build tools (including VBA) and provide governance MI, while owning documentation, controls and templates to keep everything accurate and aligned with standards. A proactive, collaborative, and problems-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using SQL or SAS to generate insights and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Good understanding of Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous and collaborative with advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation activity and own key parts of the process, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Design and run analyses to identify unfair or inconsistent outcomes and track remediation progress.
• Build and maintain tools (including VBA) and produce governance MI for oversight.
• Maintain documentation, controls and templates to ensure accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Support quality checks and step in for risk management when needed.
