Job summary

Lowell in Leeds is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Remediation) to spot fairness issues in customer outcomes, design analyses, and drive remediation with cross-functional teams. You’ll help drive the remediation process, coordinating activity and acting as a central contact to ensure smooth delivery.

You’ll build and maintain tools and MI for governance, contribute to incident-driven remediation, and look for data/process improvements to prevent issues, while keeping documentation and controls

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with SQL or SAS to generate insights and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Solid understanding of Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk and related regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
• Excellent problem-solving and high attention to detail.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently and with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead on more complex remediation activity and quality checks.
• Coordinate remediation work across teams and act as a central point of contact.
• Build and maintain tools to support analysis and governance MI.
• Deliver remediation linked to internal incidents or client-driven errors and identify process improvements.
• Ensure key documentation, controls and templates are accurate and up to date.
