Job summary

Lowell is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Remediation) in Leeds with hybrid working. You will analyze data to identify unfair outcomes, design analyses, and drive remediation with cross-functional teams, acting as a central contact for timely delivery.

You will build and maintain tools (including VBA), produce governance MI, track performance, and help prevent recurrence by improving processes and data. Candidates should lead complex remediation, perform quality checks, and support the Ops Risk

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with SQL or SAS to generate insights and translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Proven people management experience (minimum 2 years) to lead, support and develop others.
• Good understanding of industry regulations, particularly Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships, influence decisions and communicate at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently and collaboratively, with advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex remediation activity and drive the remediation process across teams.
• Coordinate activities and act as a central point of contact to ensure smooth delivery of remediation.
• Build and maintain tools (including VBA) to support analysis and governance reporting.
• Produce meaningful MI for governance and track performance across the business.
• Identify process, systems and data improvements to prevent issues recurring.
