Job summary

Foster4 Cheshire and Merseyside, hosted by Warrington Borough Council, invites applications for a Remand Fostering Project Manager to design, scale, and strategically develop a regional remand fostering provision within our established hub.

You will lead stakeholder engagement across multi‑agency networks (Youth Justice Service, courts, social care), manage risk, and shape the project’s delivery, including bespoke training and robust out‑of‑hours support for remand foster carers.
