Warrington Borough Council's Foster4 hub seeks a marketing specialist for a 12‑month fixed‑term post, based in Warrington with travel across nine Cheshire and Merseyside authorities.

You will design and deliver targeted campaigns to recruit foster carers, manage social media, produce engaging digital content, and guide enquirers from first contact through the initial stages of fostering, travelling to engage communities across the region.

Qualifications

• Ability to converse at ease with customers and give advice in accurate spoken English.
