Pickfords is recruiting a field/video Sales Consultant to grow territory revenue and develop relationships with customers moving with Pickfords. You will work to understand customer needs, build rapport, and contribute to profitable revenue while meeting sales targets.

The role involves selling from site and via video, collaborating with internal teams, and upselling partner revenue streams. You should be proactive, organised, and capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• Previous successful field/video sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to build alliances and maintain relationships.
• Understanding customer and competitive environments.
• Good networking skills.
• Solid commercial awareness.
• PC IT literacy including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional and responsible selling at all times.
