Pickfords Move Management Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to visit customers in their homes, understand moving requirements and provide tailored removals and storage solutions.

You will grow revenue across your territory by converting enquiries into sales, identifying opportunities to promote additional services, and achieving agreed sales and margin targets through a professional, consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience at every customer interaction.
• Build relationships by understanding moving needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Promote Pickfords products, services and partner offerings where appropriate.
• Develop relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct home surveys and provide accurate quotations.
• Collaborate with Move Management, Customer Service and Operations to ensure a seamless journey.
• Manage your diary and follow up enquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Aim to meet sales, conversion and profitability targets while delivering excellent service.
• Contribute to team training and continuous improvement.
• Undertake other duties to support the sales team.
