Job summary

Pickfords is seeking a dedicated field/video Sales Consultant to grow territory revenue and develop relationships with customers considering moving. You will work with internal teams to meet sales targets, deliver profitable revenue, and enhance customer experience during the moving journey.

Experience in removals or logistics is a plus, but full training will be provided. Join a historic British brand with a focus on excellence and customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous successful field/video sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build alliances and maintain relationships.
• Understanding of customer and competitive environment.
• Good networking skills.
• Commercial awareness with business sense.
• PC and IT literate including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional and responsible selling at all times.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Upsell and introduce partner revenue streams.
• Liaise with business partners to develop future relationships.
• Work within a dynamic sales team, both on-site and via video.
• Liaise closely with Customer Service and Operations teams.
• Be prepared to get involved at every opportunity.
