Job summary

Pickfords is seeking a dedicated field/video Sales Consultant to grow territory revenue, build strong customer relationships and hit sales targets. You’ll work both on-site and via video, developing new opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to maximise profitability.

You should bring proven field sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to balance customer needs with competitive market insight. Full-time role with UK coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous successful field/video sales experience.
• Good negotiating and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to build alliances and maintain relationships.
• Understanding customer and competitive environment.
• Good networking skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• PC and IT literate including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional and responsible selling at all times.
• Building strong relationships with customers.
• Up sell and introduce partner revenue streams.
• Liaising with business partners to develop future relationships.
• Working within the framework of a dynamic sales team both selling from site and on video.
• Liaising closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams.
