South Staffordshire Swim Academy is recruiting for Water Assistant relief posts based at Cheslyn Hay Leisure Centre. You will assist in delivering STA Learn to Swim lessons to learners from 3 years to adults under supervision.
No formal experience is required; you must be a competent swimmer and willing to obtain STA Level 2 Safety Award or NRASTC. DBS checks apply, and hours are relief-based.

You should have a passion for swimming as you will be required to assist and deliver safe, fun and effective lessons to children from 3yrs to adults (where appropriately qualified) following the STA International Learn to Swim programme, under the supervision of a qualified Swim Teacher. You must have good communications skills with an ability to work with children from 3yrs through to adult learners.
