Job summary

Langley is seeking Relief Support Workers in Taunton to join a friendly team. The role offers flexible shifts (day and night) arranged with the Manager to suit availability.

The successful candidate will support clients, maintain records, and follow care plans, including personal care and risk management. DBS checks and ongoing training are provided, with a positive, rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete additional training and work a rota including weekends and unsociable hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and maintain accurate client records using the Trust Client File.
• Follow medication procedures and support participation and meetings.
• Assist with personal care (hygiene, dressing, continence, mobility) and liaise with health professionals.
• Assess and manage risk and support safety, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
