The role involves building relationships with the people we support and assisting with daily routines according to personal support plans, including dressing, personal care, finances, and attending appointments.

You will use Nourish to access care plans; training will be provided. This is a zero-hour contract with a £13.25 per hour rate and enhanced annual leave allowance.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in social care is advantageous.
• Commitment to enabling people to live independently.

Responsibilities

• Help people with dressing, personal care and day-to-day routines.
• Assist with finances, appointments and participation in employment or hobbies.
• Utilise Nourish app to view and follow care/ support plans.
