United Response is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Torfaen NP44. This role is a zero-hour contract with weekend and bank holiday work, paying £13.45 per hour plus an annual leave allowance.

A full UK driving licence is required and visa sponsorship is not offered. You will empower individuals to live as they choose, assisting with daily routines, personal care, finances and appointments, and supporting engagement in activities and volunteering.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK Driving licence to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support with dressing, personal care, finances and medication.
• Attend appointments and support with daily routines.
• Help with employment, volunteering and hobbies as directed by personal plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with the people supported.
