Responsibilities

• Support and empower individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to implement individual and group support programs.
• Promote a safe working and living environment and resolve conflicts using appropriate techniques.
• Store and administer medications in accordance with policy.
• Complete administrative tasks and logging as required.
• Stay informed about policies and participate in related training.
