Job summary

Creative Support is recruiting proactive, motivated and professional Support Workers to provide person-centred support at our Rugby supported living service on a relief basis. You will assist tenants with a range of needs, including mental health, disabilities, addiction and learning disabilities, helping them build independence and stay connected with their local communities.

Based at Lanchester Court in Rugby, Warwickshire, the service supports 16 residents in a mix of bungalows and flats.

Qualifications

• Twelve months' experience in a similar role is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to tenants.
• Support service users with a range of needs including mental health, disabilities, addiction and learning disabilities.
• Promote independence and wellbeing, helping tenants engage with communities.
