We offer varied patterns including full-time, part-time and relief shifts. All positions are based on 39-hour working weeks and pro-rated as needed, with a focus on safety, training, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Essential: Numeracy and literacy skills.

• Desirable: Experience in health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop or improve independent living skills.
• Prepare and implement individual and group support programmes.
• Promote a safe working and living environment and manage challenging behaviours.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered according to policy.
• Complete administrative requirements and logging per guidelines.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and participate in training.
