Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Fraserburgh. You will join a dedicated team supporting adults with disabilities, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities.

The role involves personal care, medication support, meal preparation, budgeting, social participation and record-keeping. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and sleepovers on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting adults with disabilities (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (desirable)
• Flexible to shift patterns and person-centred approach (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, epilepsy or physical disabilities
• Provide personal care, assist with daily living tasks and medication administration
• Support with cooking, cleaning, budgeting and community participation
• Attend team meetings and maintain accurate records
• Promote independence and enhance quality of life
