Real Life Options in Turriff is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and other needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. You will join a committed team delivering compassionate care and promoting empowerment across the local community.

This part-time role is 18 hours per week with shifts including early mornings and evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, epilepsy, physical disabilities and challenging behaviour.
• Assist with personal care and administering medication.
• Help with cooking, cleaning and household tasks.
• Budgeting and financial planning support.
• Provide social support and enable community participation.
• Attend team meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Encourage independence and enhance quality of life.
