We are seeking motivated, resourceful Relief Support Workers to join our passionate team in Preston, Lancashire. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs at our Preston-based service.

Your Role Will Include

1. Developing daily living skills and facilitating access to education, vocational, and leisure activities for service users.
2. Building confidence, self-esteem, hope, and positive coping skills in service users.
3. Creating person-centred support plans focused on recovery, happiness, health, and achieving the goals and aspirations of service users.
4. Implementing guidelines and risk management plans, working within a supportive team ethos.
5. You can choose to be paid weekly or monthly.
