Job Role: Learning Disability Support Worker

Service: LF Road Community Support

Hours per week: 36 hours

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Location: Orford , Warrington

This role is open to Female applicants only as requested by our female residents to ensure the comfort and dignity who require personal care

About LF Road

Longfield Located in Orford. 1 female living in her own house with learning disabilities. She is very capable and loving. Sleep ins - You will always have your own bed with clean bedding on in a private area. Sleep ins are from 11pm - 7am.

A Day in the Life of a Learning Disability Support Worker

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, no two days are alike - much like the diverse individuals we support. Our approach revolves around person-centered planning, tailoring our services to suit the distinct requirements of each person we support. We are deeply committed to working towards positive outcomes for every individual, celebrating even the smallest milestones on their journey to personal growth. As a Support Worker, you'll be equipped with comprehensive training to provide a wide range of assistance, including personal care, behavioral support, fostering independence and confidence, and nurturing positive relationships through effective communication.
