We are looking for a Relief Support Worker to empower vulnerable women to achieve positive outcomes. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide cover for essential duties within our supported housing service in Guildford. Reporting to the Service Manager or Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering safe, supported accommodation to clients with a range of needs, using a trauma-informed approach. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a wider team dedicated to providing safe homes, supporting recovery, and transforming lives.

Shifts will mainly be at weekends and will typically be either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with occasional sleep-in shifts until 8:00am the following morning.
