Carr Gomm in the Scottish Borders is recruiting Support Practitioners for relief opportunities. You will help people with daily living at home and in the community, supporting recovery and empowering choices in a person-centred approach.

Training is provided, including SVQ qualifications, with supervision from a Service Manager. Driving licence preferred; shifts include early, day, evening, sleepover, and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with mental ill health in home or community settings.
• Full training provided, including SVQ qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support people with all aspects of daily living at home and in the community.
• Assist people with planning for their future and reducing isolation.
• Work as part of our teams to deliver person-centred support.
• Cover shifts such as mornings, daytime, evenings and sleepovers as required.
