Job summary
Carr Gomm is seeking a caring, reliable and motivated Support Practitioner to join our Home-Based Respite service operating in rural areas. You will be supported to gain an SVQ in Health and Social Care while working, and a driving licence is required to travel to support people in the community.
We welcome candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends. Relief Support Practitioner opportunities are available for those unable to commit to 16–30 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Caring, reliable and motivated to make a difference in the community.
- You will work toward an SVQ in Health and Social Care while you learn on the job.
- You will need a driving licence to travel to support people in rural areas.

- Provide home-based, person-centred support to carers and the people they care for.
