Job summary

Cornerstone in Perth, Kinross is seeking relief Support Practitioners to join our team. You will help provide care and support to individuals with disabilities, build relationships, and support daily activities during meals and tasks.

This role offers flexible shifts and the chance to make a real difference in someone’s life. We provide full paid training with no prior experience required, and you will be part of a caring, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Commitment to safeguarding and privacy.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities during meals, activities and daily tasks.
• Build meaningful relationships and help individuals achieve goals, try new activities, and feel understood.
• Work across a variety of shifts including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
• Complete required training and work towards SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with support from our Training Academy.
