Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and serve home-cooked meals for 9 residents, while maintaining food stock and ensuring proper rotation.
  • Resident Support: Be the first point of contact for residents, offering a friendly face and support with their daily needs.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all.
  • Wellbeing Promotion: Promote the overall wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they feel respected, empowered, and connected within our community.

Why Join Abbeyfield?

Our mission is to provide a warm and supportive environment for our residents, with staff who deliver friendly faces, delicious meals, and a clean, comfortable home. We’re here to make later life as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

You’ll receive full training and support from our friendly team, so you can excel in your role, whether that’s managing budgets, improving your computer skills, or building meaningful connections with our residents.
