The role:
We are seeking a Procurement Data Analyst to join our team on a short-term basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to consolidate and analyse procurement data, providing support to the Pricing Manager and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role involves significant manual data handling and requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual.
Responsibilities:
� Data Consolidation: Gather and consolidate procurement data from various sources into a structured database.
� Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of cost breakdowns and pricing data.
� Support Pricing Manager: Provide analytical support to the Pricing Manager during the initial months of their tenure.
� Reporting: Create reports and visualizations to interpret data and support decision-making.
� Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous housekeeping and data validation.
Requirements:
� Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus but not mandatory.
� Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
� Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
� Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
