Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
• Licence renewal required 16 weeks before expiry.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer’s property, people and assets by delivering security services in line with Assignment Instructions and KPIs.
• Meet and/or exceed service levels for the customer to support contract retention.
• On-site duties and compliance with policies, UK law and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Maintain safety, carry out incident reporting, and involve others if a situation becomes threatening.
• Call emergency services and report incidents to the Communication Centre as required.
