Anchor Group Services is seeking a Relief Security Officer for the RTC Derby site. You will patrol, monitor security, respond to incidents and liaise with staff and the public to maintain a safe environment. The role requires an SIA licence and flexibility to cover day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• Full 5-year employment history (essential).
• Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG (essential).
• Customer service experience and ability to handle conflicts.
• Flexible to meet job requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Smart appearance and well-groomed.
• Reliable and punctual.
• High level of enthusiasm and passion.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable with site patrols and CCTV duties.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor activity to maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and staff.
• Respond promptly to incidents and liaise professionally with the public, visitors and site management.
• Maintain accurate records in line with operational procedures.
• Cover shifts as required, including days, nights and weekends (zero hours).
• Operate and monitor CCTV equipment and report incidents in a timely manner.
