Job Description:

Job Overview: Mitie are looking for an Elite Support officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while providing a high-profile visual presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers. Travel is required up to 30+ miles from home address to service a variety of client sites.

You must hold:

• A current valid SIA licence.
• A full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Full 5-year checkable employment/education history.
• Minimum 1 year Retail Security Experience.

Main duties:

• Deliver industry-leading customer service across various client locations.
• Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
• Manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with local crime partnerships.
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
• Support the public and visitors with queries in a friendly and polite manner.
• Support Police and crime partnerships to reduce crime in store.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV (where applicable) to support crime reduction and safety.
