Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment and ensuring safe access to buildings.
• Carrying out patrols and hazard reporting as needed.
• Adhering to all Health & Safety policies.
• Completing reports in line with company documentation.
• Access and egress control.
• Monitoring alarms and CCTV systems.
• Key holding responsibilities.
• Controlling and monitoring access to car parks.
• Ensuring tidiness on site and managing waste.
• Providing high-standard customer service with a polite and helpful attitude.
• Remaining calm and capable of managing difficult situations.

Minimum requirements:

• Valid SIA Licences (must have DS and preferably CCTV).
• Security experience in a warehouse setting is preferable.
• Must be able to drive and have own transport due to location.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a 5-year comprehensive background check (BS7858).
• Comfortable patrolling long distances and standing for extended periods.
