Job Purpose: This role involves working in the Loss Prevention department as a Uniformed Loss Prevention Security Officer, primarily deployed to high-risk stores to prevent theft and apprehend offenders, while maintaining professionalism in conflict situations. You will support your Security Team Leader through training and development of retail colleagues in Loss Prevention activities.

Accountabilities:

1. Deployed to high-risk stores to identify, deter, disrupt, and apprehend theft offenders.
2. Monitor CCTV at a designated station.
3. Generate detailed incident reports and collate evidence for criminal prosecutions.
4. Act as Loss Prevention Champion, conducting communication briefings and training.
5. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert on security initiatives.
7. Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines.

Salary, Hours, and Requirements:

• Competitive salary
• Full-time permanent contract, 44 hours/week
• Must be fully flexible, working 5 out of 7 days, with varied shifts
