Job Overview

• To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in accordance with the published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any updates.
• Deliver results that meet or exceed KPIs and SLA targets, ensuring service quality and contract retention.
• Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.

Main Duties

Operations

• Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in line with UK law.
• Complete all site tasks as defined in the published AI's.
• Review and update yourself on any changes to AI's to improve service.
• Obtain and wear the necessary front-line licenses (Security Guarding or Door Supervision, CCTV PSS SIA License) at all times.
• Follow legal obligations and safety requirements.
• Follow instructions and procedures appropriately.
• Work systematically and methodically.

Training

• Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
• Undertake additional training for self-development as directed.
• Use technology to meet work objectives and develop expertise.
• Renew licenses 16 weeks before expiry.

Security and Health & Safety

• Report any hazards or safety issues immediately.
• Remain alert to threats or environmental changes and respond appropriately.
• Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations.
• Document incidents accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to schedules and ensure check calls are completed.
• Report incidents to emergency services and communication center.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous security experience.
• SIA License (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, CCTV PSS).
