Job Description

What you’ll do:

• Meet, greet and assist visitors/staff/contractors.
• Carry out regular site patrols, focusing on health & safety and security.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Assist in an emergency i.e. site evacuation and conduct staff searches where required.
• Always maintain an alert and vigilant approach, to ascertain any potential threats or changes within the work environment and take the appropriate steps to reduce disruption, loss or damage.
• Maintain accurate logs/records of all visitors, staff, contractors, couriers, activities and incidents.
• Ensure that there is a thorough handover after each shift between Security personnel.
  
  

Qualifications

What we need from you:

• A currentDoor Supervisor’s (DS) license or a commitment to achieving this with our support.
• Ability totravel to site (no further than 30 miles commute).
• Flexibilityto work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
• Right to work in the UKwith a 5-year checkable history (enhanced screening required).
• Must be aBritish Nationaland have lived in the UK for the past 5 years (this is due to the nature of the site and the requirement for additional screening)
• Proficient in written and speaking English language.
