Kingdom Services Group has a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team at a supported living site in the Bridlington, YO16 area.

Where: Bridlington, YO16 area.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in the team ASAP.

Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Hours: On average 48 hours per week, 3 On 3 Off, Night shifts as per site rota, 17:15 pm onwards.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Signing visitors in/out of the building.
• Maintaining security by completing hourly patrols, monitoring CCTV, and recording movements.
• Conducting visual inspections of the property, ensuring health and safety, including fire procedures.
• Reporting out-of-hours emergency repairs.
• Assisting with access and monitoring of contractors.
• Completing concierge checklists and recording relevant information.
• Completing incident reports if required.
• Reporting significant client issues to on-call staff/supervisor.

About You:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional approach with good judgment and attention to detail.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
• A valid SIA licence.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
• Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS (paid for by Kingdom).
• Own transport is preferred.
