Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Relief Security Officer to cover corporate sites across London. This role involves supporting sites when short-staffed, taking on holiday and sickness cover, and gaining exposure to a range of corporate environments.

The position requires a valid Door Supervisor SIA licence, a confident communication style, and a team-focused approach. Shifts include 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, with a pattern that covers Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• You must be aged 18 or over and able to work in London sites.
• You will hold a valid Door Supervisor SIA licence for this position.
• You should be a confident communicator and a team player with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Patrols of the site, internally and externally.
• Respond to security breaches, provide first aid and manage fire alarms.
• Control access and egress and check passes/ID badges.
• liaise with the customer and meet and greet duties.
• Prepare incident reports when required.

As a Relief Security Officer, you will be supporting sites when they are short staffed, for holiday and sickness cover too. The range of sites worked on will give you a greater understanding of the corporate businesses and will give you the transferable skills that will enable you to build an amazing security career!

Contract Information:

Pay rate -

£14.80 per hour

Location -

London

24 hours per week

Shift Pattern -

2 shifts. Flexibility required from Monday to Sunday, for day and night shifts. 7am - 7pm + 7pm to 7am

SIA License Required -

Door Supervisor

Your Time at Work

As a Relief Security Officer at this site, your duties will include:

• Patrols of the site, internally and externally
• Response to security breaches, first aid and fire alarms
• Access and Egress control
• Checking passes and ID badges
• Liaising with the customer
• Meet and Greet duties
• Incident report writing

Our Perfect Worker

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.

You will need to hold a valid Door Supervisor SIA licence for this position.
