Kingdom Group, Tesco partnership, is seeking reliable Relief Security Officers to support Tesco stores across the local area.

This flexible role involves patrolling, deterrence of theft, incident reporting, and delivering customer service across multiple sites. Applicants must hold a valid SIA licence, have a 5-year history, and hold a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding)
• Full 5-year checkable employment history
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Willingness and ability to work across multiple sites in the area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident manner
• Good observation skills and sound judgement
• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential

• Conduct regular store patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitor store activity and respond appropriately to incidents

Retail Security Relief Officer - Tesco Partnership

Location: Tesco Annfield Plain, DH9 7UZ (covering multiple sites within the local area)

Pay: £13.47 per hour

Hours: 0-48 hours per week (as required)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, varied shifts

Typical Shift Times: Between 06:00 and 00:00, including:

• 07:00 - 14:30
• 12:00 - 20:00
• 16:00 - 00:00
• Other shifts as required by the rota

Pay Frequency: Weekly (every Friday)

About the Role
