Job summary

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a professional Retail Security Officer to join our relief team across Tesco stores, based at Tesco Sleaford. You will patrol, deter theft, and support loss prevention.

You must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, be able to travel within a 10–15 mile radius, and be flexible to cover early and late shifts including weekends and bank holidays. Weekly pay and various staff benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week

Shifts: Monday to Sunday – Flexible Early and Late Shifts Required

About The Role

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our Retail Security team based at Tesco Sleaford.

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues while helping to reduce loss and prevent crime. This is a relief position supporting multiple Tesco stores, requiring flexibility and the ability to travel between locations as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates must not be students.

Relief Cover & Flexibility Requirements

This role involves providing relief cover for holidays, sickness, and other absences across multiple Tesco store locations, including:

• Tesco Sleaford (typically 2–3 days per week)
• Lincoln area stores
• Boston area stores

The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel and work within a 10–15 mile radius of the locations listed above.

Full Flexibility Is Essential, Including The Ability To Work
