Responsibilities

• Work as part of a friendly kitchen team, assist the Catering Lead in serving meals to young people.
• Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious food to high standards while accommodating dietary needs.
• Keep dining areas, kitchens, and equipment clean and tidy through washing up and sanitising.
• Safely use catering equipment and follow food safety, hygiene, and COSHH guidelines.
