Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to protect customers and colleagues on the shop floor. You will bring energy, professionalism and a calm presence while deterring theft and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

With flexible shifts discussed at interview, this role offers contracted hours, paid lunch breaks and full induction. You will use CCTV and Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety and work closely with store teams and local police to keep the site secure.

Qualifications

• SIA licence or willingness to obtain training (support may be provided)
• Full 5-year checkable history for vetting

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need

• A valid SIA licence (or willingness to complete the training - we may be able to support you with this)
• A full 5-year checkable employment or education history (this is essential for vetting)

£13.23 per hour + Paid Lunch Break
