Job summary

Lincoln is seeking an investigator to join the Investigations team to conduct fair, thorough and timely investigations into disciplinary, grievance and other complex employment matters. You will work independently while receiving support from experienced colleagues and collaborate with managers, HR and trade union representatives to produce clear reports and present findings as required.

The role offers flexible relief hours, hybrid working with travel across Lincolnshire, and a pro rata salary

Qualifications

• Experience investigating workplace matters in HR, management or another relevant setting.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex cases fairly and professionally.
• Strong listening, communication and report-writing skills.
• Sound judgement, professional curiosity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant employment law and investigation practice.
