Job summary

McCarthy Stone in Brackley is seeking a Care Supervisor for St Rumbolds Court. This full-time role (33.5 hours) offers leadership over a care team and focuses on resident wellbeing in a purpose-built retirement community.

Typical shifts run from 4.15pm to 9.00am, with alternate weekends and on-site facilities, including a restaurant and communal areas. Training and benefits are provided.

Care Supervisor - No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!

St Rumbolds Court, Buckingham Road, Brackley

Full Time | 33.5 hour per week

£15.24/hr (day shifts) | £12.24/hr (sleep-in nights) + additional supplemental £6.81 per sleep shift and £1/hr weekend uplift where applicable.

St Rumbolds Court is situated on the outskirts of the pretty market town of Brackley. The development boasts landscaped gardens and a communal lounge, fitted with audio visual equipment and WiFi, for socialising with friends and family. Lifts to all floors and an onsite laundry room. There is an onsite table service restaurant with freshly cooked meals served daily.

A typical shift starts from 4.15pm and finish's at 9.00am, working alternate weekends.

Our Duty Managers sleep between 11:00pm and 07:00am providing only emergency support to our homeowners throughout that period.

What You'll Do

• + £1/hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday)

About You

• Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care and willing to upskill)
• Leadership experience - You've supported or supervised a team
• Organised, compassionate, and community-minded
