McCarthy Stone are recruiting for a Domestic Assistant to join the team at our Thomas Court development in Pen-y-lan, Cardiff on a Relief / bank contract. Built in 2013, Thomas Court is a Retirement Living development that consists of 58 apartments with the over 70's in mind.

Hourly rate: £12.85 per hour. Hours: Flexible hours per week to cover sickness and holidays and additional shifts (likely around 10-16 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
• Caring personality and the desire to make a difference.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry and communal area cleaning.

Hourly rate: £12.85 per hour

Hours: Flexible hours per week to cover sickness and holidays and additional shifts. (Likelyto be around 10-16 hours per week)

About the role: We are looking for a motivated, and friendly Relief Domestic Assistant to cover a mix of pre agreed shifts. You will be responsible for the domestic support and housekeeping, of our homeowner apartments and cleaning of the development’s communal areas.

• Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service and communal area cleaning
