Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking friendly JLR Relief Officers to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents, helping to keep sites safe and welcoming.

We value reliability and a professional, approachable manner. Applicants should be 18+ and hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence, with a willingness to learn. Training is provided to grow with us across a range of venues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible for SIA licensing.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work in busy environments.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication demanded.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers and visitors.

• Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support when needed.

• Carrying out patrols, monitoring access points and helping to prevent unauthorised activity.

• Warm, professional and approachable in the way you support others.

• At least 18 years old, in line with Security Industry Authority licensing requirements.
• Reliable, flexible and confident in a busy environment.
• A holder of an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.

Previous security experience is helpful, but it's not essential. If you've recently gained your SIA licence, we'd still be very happy to hear from you. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn. We'll make sure you have the training, support and encouragement you need to feel confident in the role and grow with us.
